Best affordable dental clinic. Dentists and staff are very good and knowledgeable. Dentists give good advise and did not feel like a rip off. They understand the patients. Highly recommend Bupa Dental Werribee for a full family check. Will be coming back!!!
I had a wisdom tooth surgery done by Dr Rekha Bommaka and team. It was seamless. I was recommended to a specialist by the previous dentist for a tough surgical removal. But when I went to see Dr Rekha, her approach to my treatment was very conservative and felt reliable. She is very professional and saved me a lot of money. I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in the clinic and throughout the procedure. Their staff at reception are good too, asked me if i ate food. I am certainly coming back with my whole family 10/10
Unfortunately this place is not a good place for people have a kids and waiting time is nearly 1-2 hrs every time when I was there with my kids. Reception fails to let us know when they behind then we can come bit later. When their system fails or slow staff try to keep your bupa health cover cards and when I asked why main dentist replies “ that’s all fine you should leave it with us , then I asked if I wanted to use my card how can I use it: then she replys ohh you come tomorrow and pick it up.
