Fast, effeciant, and friendly service. Next to no wait even though it was my first time here, was really happy with the level of care and consideration shown. Dr Nimra was fantastic so I'll be making this my regular spot! They also made sure everything was covered gap free which was greatly appreciated!
I have always been extremely scared of dental treatments, but Dr. Rekha Bommaka's calm and reassuring approach made all the difference. She took the time to explain everything in a way that put us at ease, and I truly appreciate her gentle care. It's rare to find a dentist who goes the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable. My first couple of visits were ok but my last ones were bad. I was spoken down to as though I was a naughty child. The filling that I had done to stabilise a cracked tooth was bad to the point I have had it redone elsewhere. During this rework I was asked when my teeth has last been cleaned, they couldn't believe that it was a couple of months ago. I am now significantly out of pocket from the additional rework. They didn't give me my Bupa card at the end of the appointment as I didn't remember either, it was just shear fluk... read more
