I’ve never had any issues with Bupa before, usually the services are fair and the customer services are also great. Minutes ago I contacted the Bupa dental services at Waringa Mall to schedule an appointment with a dentist and the receptionist not only was extremely rude on the phone as she also rang up the phone on me. Normally when dentists have time and are in good mood they give excellent service but last time I went I didn't feel that. The dentist was too rushed so quickly ssid my filling was not fillable andthat the only option was to extract the tooth I could not understand why the tooth could not be filled as it was previously filled but the filling fell off. My tooth has at least two good walls to build a filling upon and I don't want to lose it because it helps me to chew. It's hard for me to accept that in today's technology with... read more
