First time with Dr Choi for some major issues. Excellent care from start to finish - an hour in the chair. Been to about 10 different dentists over my life and she is the best. I look forward to my next appointment in 2 weeks.

This was the first time I experienced racial discrimination. I had to complain about their front desk. It gave me a bad first impression. The girl at the front desk named TY, who could have served me herself, directly asked the boy beside her to help me without even having the patience to listen to my request. She even looked at me with a condescending gaze. I don't understand why she is working as a front desk clerk. This also made me doubt the professionalism of Bupa.
I didn’t realize how badly I was treated here until I have met my new dentist elsewhere. A female dentist, who is of Japanese origin, treated me here and urged me to pull out my wisdom teeth out even though I didn’t report any pain or discomfort with any of them. The first appointment and clean was fine and she was polite. I obviously didn’t follow her advice and when I went back in a few months to get a regular clean, she didn’t do my clean.
