I didn’t realize how badly I was treated here until I have met my new dentist elsewhere. A female dentist, who is of Japanese origin, treated me here and urged me to pull out my wisdom teeth out even though I didn’t report any pain or discomfort with any of them. The first appointment and clean was fine and she was polite. I obviously didn’t follow her advice and when I went back in a few months to get a regular clean, she didn’t do my clean. Hi, there are some points I want to share which made me disliking the service. Dentist were fine however I am annoyed with reception service. 1. why my dental appointment was cancelled when I was on the way to the checkup, I understand dentist might be sick but cant it be accomodated with other dentist other time? I had to take off from work. 2. I forgot to ask some question with dentist that I have mouthgaurd and I feel pain in teeth when I take off in the morning but receptionist didnt bother to ask with dentist and sugges... read more
