This is our family dental clinic, but we only go here because it is the closest to us. Otherwise, I would definitely go elsewhere. We have had so many bad experiences with them. The majority of the reception staff are not very friendly. Most of the time, there isn’t even a smile on their faces. My most recent bad experience was with the dentist who attends to emergencies. What a waste of time. Only have half an hour appointments and expect to take months to get work done. Would not recommend
Fantastic experience at Bupa Dental Rochedale. The team was professional, gentle, and very thorough, making the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and the care felt genuinely patient-focused. Highly recommend.
I loath the fact that every time single time you call this practice, they pick up the phone and crack you on hold without so much as a single word. Customer Service is serious lacking. The Dentists are fabulous, the admin staff, not so much. I understand it gets busy however, being a practice manager myself, I can say that it takes 2 seconds to acknowledge the caller to place them on hold. Especially when you call from work.
