I loath the fact that every time single time you call this practice, they pick up the phone and crack you on hold without so much as a single word. Customer Service is serious lacking. The Dentists are fabulous, the admin staff, not so much. I understand it gets busy however, being a practice manager myself, I can say that it takes 2 seconds to acknowledge the caller to place them on hold. Especially when you call from work. Hygienist can't catch a hint. Pointed out the "aesthetic" imperfection on the angle of ONE TOOTH on a teen girl after she repeatedly said no she hasn't noticed that and no it hasn't bothered her, and then HANDED HER A MIRROR TO SEE THE AESTHETIC IMPERFECTION OF THE TOOTH IN AN ATTEMPT TO CONVINCE HER IT LOOKS BAD?? Not cool.
