Hygienist can't catch a hint. Pointed out the "aesthetic" imperfection on the angle of ONE TOOTH on a teen girl after she repeatedly said no she hasn't noticed that and no it hasn't bothered her, and then HANDED HER A MIRROR TO SEE THE AESTHETIC IMPERFECTION OF THE TOOTH IN AN ATTEMPT TO CONVINCE HER IT LOOKS BAD?? Not cool.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bupa Dental Rockdale. I went in for an emergency appointment, explained clearly that I was flying out the next days and asked for at least a temporary solution. Instead, Dr Ashraf did nothing to help, came up with excuses, and still charged me $140 just for “visiting” my teeth. No treatment, no temporary fix — nothing. Not helpful at all!
