I had a very disappointing experience at Bupa Dental Rockdale. I went in for an emergency appointment, explained clearly that I was flying out the next days and asked for at least a temporary solution. Instead, Dr Ashraf did nothing to help, came up with excuses, and still charged me $140 just for “visiting” my teeth. No treatment, no temporary fix — nothing. Not helpful at all!
I loved the one on one care with the dental hygienist today! Denise was just lovely! She told me everything she was going to do with my dental clean before she moved on. I felt secure in her care and knew what to expect next! I very much dislike it when there are 2 people working in my mouth, one obviously learning the profession, the other qualified…….
