I had good experience trying to understand how bupa insurance works and the receptionist Moha was very kind and explained clearly how much benefits I’d be entitled to if I joined Bupa health insurance looking forward to booking with them in the future.
Update: In the years my family and I have been attending Bupa Dental Oakleigh, we cannot commend enough of the staff. Special shout out to Dr Devin Tan, Elisa, Melissa and all the lovelies. Thank you. Reception was exceptional and Dr Leanne did an excellent job explaining the issues and how to resolve them. Her treatment of one of the teeth is perfect, painless throughout.

Just had my dental appointment today. I’ve booked only for cleaning and check up. I went inside to see my dentist at 3:50pm and was done at 4:05pm. I don’t know if the cleaning was done properly as it only takes less than 10mins for it to finish and 5 mins or less of chatting. I was just thinking if my teeth were so pristine that it doesn’t need cleaning or if the dentist was on the rush to finish his job and was delayed superbly of his other appointments.
