I honestly couldn’t recommend Dr Avinash Sivakumar highly enough. I recently had my very first filling done and was pretty nervous going into it, but Dr Avinash made the whole experience incredibly smooth, comfortable and stress free from start to finish. Avi Sivakumar is an incredibly experienced and caring dentist who made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave honest, thoughtful recommendations. His professionalism and gentle approach made the whole experience such a positive one.
Had an appointment booked from my previous appointment (6 months) at 1:30pm upon arrival I was called to say I was late for my appointment 1:10pm. Really confused I had told the receptionist Elise that the appointment time was changed Multiple phone calls later back and forth Elise rescheduled for 3:10pm almost 2 hours to my original appointment time. Dr Tan who was originally meant to see, couldn’t even look at me as he walked past. Disgusting to move someone’s appointment time and not called to confirm that was okay.
Special mention for receptionist Melissa and Dr Natasha - to making a tricky situation for my 3-yrs old son as smooth as possible. Pediatric dentist previously referred by Dr Natasha was over-quoting us on minor tooth decay of a few baby teeth, and suggested for a General Anaesthetic procedure for my little kid!
