Going to the dentist is never generally an easy experience. Well Bupa at North Rocks is literally breaking this idea. This practice not only welcomes new patients, it provides expertise that will surpass your normal dental experience. I had an extraction. It was (dare I say it) a very comfortable and professional experience. Highly recommend this clinic.
They are professional and friendly
I've had a great experience with Dr Oksana. She has been kind, caring knowledgeable, took the time to do the treatments required and explain to me by showing me videos first. I definitely recommend her. Also, I generally had better experiences with female dentists, I found them to have a more community oriented mentality, compared to the male dentists who might be prioritising their own self more than the community mentality or the knowledge required to share with the patient.
Smooth process clean facility professional doctor happy staff price friendly especially for Bupa insurance holder. Overview very satisfied experience. Doctor Oksana is wonderful.
