I had an excellent experience with Bupa Dental Malvern. For a start, the reception team is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Maggie Ao was professional and very competent. The time in the chair was as comfortable as it could be. Afterwards, she took the time to explain her diagnosis and treatments and gave plenty of opportunities for questions. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Bupa Dental Malvern, particularly with the receptionist and Dr. Ms. Ao. It appears that the primary focus is on generating revenue rather than providing quality dental care. I felt that my visit was treated as a business transaction rather than a genuine concern for my dental well-being.
A friendly and welcoming clinic. The dental hygienist was extremely professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
Facilities are excellent and Nina is a wonderful, thorough dentist. Would highly recommend!
