Katie is great. Nice and experienced.
It’s my second time having my teeth cleaned by Dr Monika Vats, and I was really impressed again. She went above and beyond by clearly explaining the condition of my teeth and showing genuine care throughout the appointment. I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Worst service. Inexperienced dentist and reception. Still wait 10mins for the first appointment of the day and spent 20min on the X-ray even though I told them I had issues on the in mouth X-ray. Then told me out of time for the next operation. I came here for nothing the whole morning. Disappointed and do not recommend.
Don’t be early for your appointment. Got first appointment at 8:30am. Dentist or hygienist turn up at8.35. Actually got served at8:40am. How unprofessional. Asked receptionist what going on. No apology “oh we open at 8:30” So I guess we shouldn’t have arrived too early for my appointment?
