Today, we had the pleasure of going to the Bupa Admin Office in Macquarie Centre. The office is well maintained but the staff were the absolute standout. We were looked after by Leo Li, he was very patient and explained every step of the process clearly and concisely. He was very patient and more importantly, he was very kind. Highly recommend Dr Urjita Patil at Bupa Dental Macquarie, She is incredibly caring, friendly, and kind. I needed some dental fillings, and she made the entire process stress-free. She really went above and beyond to make me feel extra good. Thank you for the exceptional care!
Dr Urjita is the best! She was very kind, understanding and super clear throughout my 2 appointments I’ve had with her. The reception staff has been kind every time as well. 10/10 definitely recommend!
Me and my wife went to this Bupa dental Macquarie centre on 17/07/26 in the morning. The reception made a mistake by used wrong number on Bupa card she behaved so unprofessional and waste our time. Horrible experience with reception staff.
VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL DENTIST BUPA HAS! I INTEND TO CONTINUE SEEING MONIKA EVERY SIX MONTHS CHECK UP SCAILE & CLEAN!! DR MONICA DID VERY WELL WITH LOOKING AFTER MY TEETH AND VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME!!
