Dr. Austin Yu Co is such a gentle and patient dentist. I never feel nervous sitting in the chair and it’s such a peaceful visit every time I come in for a clean. Highly recommend his work!
Bupa Dental Knox delivered outstanding service from start to finish. The team were organised, gentle and genuinely attentive, making the whole experience far easier than I expected. Everything was explained clearly, the care felt professional and thorough, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent clinic, excellent people — highly recommended.

Like most of us, I detest going to the dentist. But today's experience changed my opinion and I realised that after all, they can be bearable. Dr Beatrice Ho and her assistant were such a delight with their caring attitude, casual yet professional approach, and the manner in which they attend to their patients. I highly recommend the excellent team and the venue itself, which is clean and very well managed. Overall, a BIG FIVE!
