such a lovely team went a couple weeks ago right after they opened and again today to get a wisdom tooth removed etc cannot recommend dr vineela enough. the receptionist kirsten is lovely very polite and happy to help.
Amazing dental care and customer service for myself and my 5 year old. For a brand new practice everything went smoothly and we felt very confident in the care we received.
Very gentle and compassionate team, made a chore into a pleasant experience. Also love the tv on the ceiling!
I went to Bupa Dental at Riverlink shopping centre, Ipswich on Wednesday which was only day two of operation for that practice. I was very impressed with the entire experience. From the very friendly and experienced reception through to the dental team. My dentist and dental assistant worked so well together. I felt comfortable and confident with their experienced and friendly approach. Being a new practice I was aware that their may have been exta time needed for paperwork and possible technical issues.
