I’d like to provide feedback on a disappointing and frustrating experience I had at Bupa Dental Highpoint over several months in 2025. Below is a summary of events: • April 2025: I arrived for a 9:00am appointment, but the clinic did not open until 9:30am. No apology or explanation was provided. • April/May: Returned to complete imaging for a custom night guard. • June: • I came in to collect the night guard. Really not happy had my appointment booked for today , with a text message to verify the time and correct date. However once I had arrived they did not have me booked on system at all, they said they were unable to get me within the hour and expected me to to wait two hours which i was unable to do today. Complete waste or time.
