Actually felt at ease coming into Bupa Dental. The receptionist at Highpoint branch was so lovely and friendly! Dentist experience was also really good and they talked me through the whole process 😊

Had a great experience at Bupa Dentist with Ann! Brought my son in and she was absolutely wonderful — so professional and made the whole visit relaxed and easy for him. Really appreciated the care and attention. Highly recommend!
I have regular dental check-ups and cleanings every six months, and I also bring my daughter for her appointments. I have visited several Bupa Dental clinics across Melbourne, but unfortunately this branch gave me the worst experience. My impression is that the focus here is not on prevention, but on convincing patients that they need expensive dental treatment.
