Great customer service is getting harder and harder to come by. I was left feeling happy after leaving my appointment at Bupa Highpoint. The team there were very friendly and welcoming. They answered every question and concerns I had and I was treated with respect. Thank you for the positive experience.
I chipped my front teeth and the receptionist was so lovely to fit me it. The dentist was also very professional. Honestly made my day, to the receptionist, thanks again.
