I had a dental appointment last month and experienced very poor service. I raised the concern internally. Not appropriate to mention the name the dentist publicly. I want to thank Sam, the practice manager. She contacted me, handled the matter professionally and rebooked my appointment at no charge, which I appreciated. Very friendly and professional service. My kids love Dr Ann. The receptionist Angelina was super helpful, too. We regretted we didn’t use this service before, now will be back for all our dental checks and needs.

The staff at the welcome desk are kind and warm, felt very heard and understood, easy to understand everything they explain and love the genuine care and want to go above and beyond. Had my appointment with Dr Michelle Ly, she was fantastic, again a warm caring person who genuinely cared for both my comfort and feelings around dentist work.
