I signed a release form & confirmed with both my old dentist & this practice that my records had been sent & received. Despite this, they were not reviewed. The dentist spent ~10 minutes with me, told me I was fine but couldn’t compare my current situation because they did not know what it looked like previously despite me making sure they had these records. they still charged Bupa $100. Disappointed & I'm going to just take the hour journey to my normal Bupa dentist. The experience was so different for the same chain.
The entire staff are always friendly, helpful and patient. The dentist was so amazing with my son that has additional needs and I don't think I can ever find a better dentist
Dr. Zachariah is amazing. He removed two of my son’s teeth so smoothly that my son didn’t even realize—it was completely painless. My wife had a failed wisdom tooth extraction at another clinic that left her in severe pain with exposed bone. Dr. Zach quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it with great skill, and guided her healing. He is professional, caring, and explains everything clearly. A special thanks also to dental nurse Kaz for her support and kindness.
As a child I had terrible experiences at the dentist. Fillings and drillings - all quite traumatic! I don't enjoy a visit to the dentist, but Bupa Helensvale are alway amazing. Dr Jennifer was gentle, thorough and also explained things to me clearly. The staff at this practice are all friendly, kind and hard working. They offer extended hours for people who work, so you can always get an appointment. By far the best dental practice I have ever encounted. Thank you!
