I had a great experience with Dr. Sri Goka. She is extremely professional, gentle, and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment, which really helped me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sri shows genuine care and attention to detail, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit. Boycott Sri Goka forever!!! I am very disappointed the oral check up today serviced by Sri Goka. She asked me do the X-Ray comprehensive check the first step, but I do not want X-ray check unless I know it is absolutely necessary. After a rush check, actually can not say it is check, I was expecting the professional opinions on crown and filling done over one year. NOTHING!! the only she said is you have gum. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you to Ella and Dr Rupi for their care and for going above and beyond for me yesterday when I came in with excruciating dental nerve pain. I was treated with respect and dignity and given options, expected outcomes and costs upfront so I could make the best possible decision regarding treatment. Dr Rupi made sure that I was out of pain and had antibiotics prescribed ahead of my 2nd treatment visit in 10 days. Staff are amazing... service is 100%. Fantastic service. Everything is well-explained and I have confidence I’ll be receiving great care. Also, I had to bring my 2-year old to one appointment and the dentist and assistant were very accommodating.
