The reception staff were unfriendly and made no effort to process the Bupa card. They insisted on being paid directly via bank transfer and required us to contact Bupa ourselves for reimbursement. Truly annoying..
Dr Sowmya has been fantastic throughout the appointment. Very gentle and kind! Definitely will come back!
I have had the pleasure of seeing a few different dentists at Bupa Cleveland and every visit has been wonderful. The practice is clean and professional and the staff are always happy and eager to provide the best experience for you always. I highly recommend Bupa Cleveland!
Will never go back here again. Booked for Wisdom tooth extraction, confirmed all ok via phone. Then they changed my appointment to just a basic exam without bothering to tell me, and then were incredibly rude when I was surprised and questioned it. Horrible staff. Horrible practice. Never go here if you value kind, knowledgeable service. You will get no such thing here. Literally went home in tears due to how I was treated.
Brian was lovely on my first visit. Helped relieve my fear of dentists and was ver accommodating
