I have had the pleasure of seeing a few different dentists at Bupa Cleveland and every visit has been wonderful. The practice is clean and professional and the staff are always happy and eager to provide the best experience for you always. I highly recommend Bupa Cleveland!
Will never go back here again. Booked for Wisdom tooth extraction, confirmed all ok via phone. Then they changed my appointment to just a basic exam without bothering to tell me, and then were incredibly rude when I was surprised and questioned it. Horrible staff. Horrible practice. Never go here if you value kind, knowledgeable service. You will get no such thing here. Literally went home in tears due to how I was treated.

I have never been a fan of visiting the dentist but noticed the bupa dental branch in Cleveland for the first time the other day. I made an appointment for yesterday and found the experience was unlike any other general dentist visit. The dentist I saw was Amy and she was efficient, courteous and explained all she planned to do. Both Amy and the reception staff were exceptionally pleasant people to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others.
