Dr Carson is amazing. He is so gentle, professional, patient, and very thorough throughout the entire treatment. Price is reasonable too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist!
Going to the dentist is a challenge for most people. Whilst the surgery itself is clean and modern, and the equipment appears to be up to date, I've had to change my dentist already after 2 visits simply because she didn't listen to, and act on, the issues I'd raised. My last visit, I had a different dentist and the examination was cursory and he didn't perform a descale and polish, which I would have expected. The reception staff were unfriendly and made no effort to process the Bupa card. They insisted on being paid directly via bank transfer and required us to contact Bupa ourselves for reimbursement. Truly annoying..
Dr Sowmya has been fantastic throughout the appointment. Very gentle and kind! Definitely will come back!
I have had the pleasure of seeing a few different dentists at Bupa Cleveland and every visit has been wonderful. The practice is clean and professional and the staff are always happy and eager to provide the best experience for you always. I highly recommend Bupa Cleveland!
