I registered with this dentist after being plagued by a lifelong phobia of dental treatment that was so severe I once fainted immediately after coming through the door to one premises. The building itself is lovely and my experiences with all the staff so far have been that they're all very polite, friendly and professional. Extremely impressed by the care of all staff at this practice. Was slotted in on the day for an emergency appointment even tho I was not a registered patient ( I now am ) reception staff were very helpful. The dentist and nurse where very understanding of my fear of dental treatment and I managed to leave and hour later with the problem solved.

I registered and went in for a checkup around two years ago. To my surprise I was told that I needed a small filling at the back of my front tooth. OK, no big deal I thought. The filling was fitted, however two days later I felt sharp pains coming from the filling. I rang to try to get an emergency appointment but was told I had to wait three or so days until the end of the week. By that time my lip had swollen and I was in a lot of pain. Good with all patents even if your not dentist friendly,they put you at ease,great with children to my grandaughter is4 and needed a small filling,
