I had a root canal performed by Dr. Yomna yesterday. It was my first dental appointment in Australia. I was impressed by the exceptional care I received. I am very disappointed with my experience. I had a root canal treatment with Dr. Yomona that became infected. As this was my first dental appointment in Australia, I was very concerned. When I called to inform them, I was told they had no appointments available and that I should seek help elsewhere. I was in severe pain, yet they did not prescribe any painkillers or antibiotics despite being informed of my condition. If you are up for a clean and checkup, dont look any further. The level of details they go through with you is incredible. And you can see its genuine passion for their work. I only went to book my appointment, never done my teeth since birth(30+) lol, but they made sure I feel comfortable and know all my options. Booked a date and put me on a white list if sooner dates/canceled appointment turns up and they would call me. I felt the love. I’m excited to get mine done next year and see them in action!
