I am very disappointed with my experience. I had a root canal treatment with Dr. Yomona that became infected. As this was my first dental appointment in Australia, I was very concerned. When I called to inform them, I was told they had no appointments available and that I should seek help elsewhere. I was in severe pain, yet they did not prescribe any painkillers or antibiotics despite being informed of my condition. If you are up for a clean and checkup, dont look any further. The level of details they go through with you is incredible. And you can see its genuine passion for their work. I only went to book my appointment, never done my teeth since birth(30+) lol, but they made sure I feel comfortable and know all my options. Booked a date and put me on a white list if sooner dates/canceled appointment turns up and they would call me. I felt the love. I’m excited to get mine done next year and see them in action! OMG... the best ever dentist clinic I've been to. The level of care, equipment etc. . They make you feel like you're their Customer, discuss the plans, options and ongoing support. Get a Bupa insurance and go there, but don't take my next appointment please :-)
Dr Lucas was amazing and the staff at the practice are also just as great! Could not recommend this practice enough!
I had a great experience with Dr Nadia Khan, the dentist and Mensgh, the hygienist. I’m a very anxious person, Dr Nadia was very kind, patient and understanding to me. I had a pain free experience and every thing went very smooth for both filling treatment and cleaning. Easy to find near appointments too.
