Everything was great, expect for the ridiculous 2.5 hrs wait to consult a FEMALE doctor (as preferred). After every 1hr, i was advised the wait will be an hour more longer to meet a female doctor ( as she kept extending her lunch time)🤦🏻♀️. They should really have at-least 2 female doctors if this is going to be the situation.
Astonishingly amazing services! Everyone was extra kind and patient. I was nervous with the negative reviews and only 3.7 rating but no, definitely 5 stars. The doctors and staff were very kind, respectful and warm. The process was organised, neat and fast. I hadn't drunk enough water that day and caused a huge delay for the doctor and practitioner emerlyn. I'd like to apologize for that. It might've been different staffing causing negative reviews but staff today was amazing! Thank you for the great services.
My Family and I had an amazing experience with the Bupa Medical Visa centre. Staff very friendly, kind and helpful. Well organised place.
