Coming into Christmas 2025 - it's been 2 years since our last post / review. Nothing has changed - if anything the facility has improved with a new outdoor Court yard and constant improvements to cummunity areas and individual rooms. The Bupa New Farm team remain exceptional across all areas in terms of commitment, professionalism and friendliness to residents and family members. Fantastic caring staff, great food and great care. My mother has settled in extremely well due to the wonderful welcome she has received and attentive staff. I would recommend BUPA New Farm to any family.

Mum moved into BUPA New Farm six months ago and we cannot fault the care she consistently receives. Mum loves the staff. She cuddles them and dances with them. They tend to her every need in a gentle and warm way. The peace of mind knowing that she is safe and supported is so greatly appreciated by our whole family and mum’s friends.

The level of care at Bupa New Farm has exceeded my expectations. From the nurses and carers to the admin team and management, every staff member has been outstanding. I’m very grateful for the care they give my dad.

I’m pleased to be able to leave a positive review for Tara, Liziya and the team there looking after mum at Bupa NF. Never an easy thing to watch a parent lose capacity and agency. So it has been very reassuring how they relate to mum’s sense of humour, her quirks and her needs with such kindness and friendship. The facilities are very clean and mum is happy and settled. Not perfect but what place could be for a loved one.
