Terrible, mould in the air-conditioning unit and urine bottles despite numerous conversations, dropped dad on his head giving him concussion and possible broken arm, missed medications, untidy staff treating his room like their own space, very old and tired facility, cigarettes butts everywhere, others residents I've spoken to aren't happy there either and despite a few good carers on the whole they don't care!!!

My uncle has found a lovely home at Bupa. He is very well cared for, treated with respect and the staff seem genuinely fond of him. He is surrounded by many of his paintings and books which makes him feel safe and contented.

My husband is in the dementia section of the Bupa Aged Care New Farm. I have found everyone to be very friendly and helpful when I visit my husband. I'm always kept up to date and informed on any doctor visits and behaviour. I would recommend this particular Aged Home to everyone as I have been very happy and at ease since my husband moved there well over a year ago. Thank you Bupa Aged Care New Farm for everything you have done and still doing for my husband. I'm very grateful.

The staff have been amazing and welcoming, as this was a difficult decision for our family and they have made the transition very smooth. My heartfelt appreciation especially to Shannon who has gone above and beyond to help our family. Thank you!
