In what can only be described as a complex and emotional rollercoaster, finding the right residential aged care facility for a loved one is no small task. Coming into Christmas 2025 - it's been 2 years since our last post / review. Nothing has changed - if anything the facility has improved with a new outdoor Court yard and constant improvements to cummunity areas and individual rooms. The Bupa New Farm team remain exceptional across all areas in terms of commitment, professionalism and friendliness to residents and family members. Fantastic caring staff, great food and great care. My mother has settled in extremely well due to the wonderful welcome she has received and attentive staff. I would recommend BUPA New Farm to any family.
