Be prepared to be underwhelmed and overcharged. Absolutely the worst experience. I don't know how I stayed with this practice as long as I did. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped things would get better. Let me be clear, the office staff is wonderful, sweet and professional. It was only Dr. Burgess I had a bad experience with. I found her to be rude, unprofessional and unwilling to listen to her patients. She would be lovely one minute, then snap at me the next. Both Dr. Burgess and Ava Schmidt are awesome practitioners. They really listen to their patients and work with you to create a care plan that is not just a standard throw a pill at it response. They are very compassionate and attentive to the needs of their patients!

During my first visit w/ Dr. Buoyant she did not want to listen to me and interrupted me. At one point I told her that it was extremely difficult to find an Osteopath. She literally went ballistic, like red in the face angry. She explained that she was not an osteopath SHE was a medical doctor & had gone to Medical school. I just sat there stunned & didn't say another word. And just to correct the assumption that Osteopath do not have medical degrees. They do.
