You know to get a loan when the first thing they ask when you walk though the door is " What is the special occasion your here to celebrate tonight?" I answered we are hungry,and just moved in to the neighborhood, after we looked at the menu we chose to split the special ,a pork chop with a small side of pasta, After 1 beer 1 glass of wine and we split dinner,we now call it the $60.00 pork chop. We went home and popped in a pizza. 1st and last visit ,that was 4 years ago.
I have been to this restaurant a few times. Some good, some not so good. It really depends on which server you get. I think most are pretty good, but I have had a couple bad ones as well. Food is usually very good, but service is inconsistent.
Had a great experience there on my birthday 2 years ago. So when I took my son, who was visiting from California there a couple of weeks ago I was very disappointed. The service was poor the food was substandard and when the server told us they only had 4 wines on the list that was the last straw. My son is sicilian and I could see that he was disappointed too. I was embarrassed. Will not go there again.
