I have now gone here twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. The person who took the order was kind and clear, he did not rush when speaking, and he was incredibly helpful. My food was prepared well, meaning whomever made it took the time to do it well. I could have taken the hamburger out of the box and used it for a photo shoot! 3/7/2025 There is nothing worse than having your mouth set on something and only to have your order messed up. I ordered a meatball sandwich with mozzarella cheese and hot peppers only to get home, and it's an Italian beef. Maybe if it would have been dipped, it wouldn't have been so bad, but it was dry, and I can't eat it that way. I called to tell them what happened and it was either drive all the way back or refund. They refunded me, but it's still unsatisfactory to get something you did not want.
Don't make your food as requested and the young people on the register could use customer service training!
1st time, and it was the best combination beef/fries and the ice cream cake a 10/10! I will definitely be back! The customer service was awesome, too! Peter, the manager, was very professional and nice and Anaid was nice and he took my order and brought it to me!!
