A little slice of Italy in South San Francisco this is a truly genuine Italian restaurant with old world recipes. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome.
I went recently to buon since I hadn't been there in a while. When I got there, there were only 3 or 4 tables being served, it took me 5 minutes to be notice and another 5 to be seated, another 10 minutes before I recieved a menu, and another fifteen minutes before I got my order taken. I almost left. I noticed there was only one person serving everyone. Apparently, that is the new owner. The owner, i say it was a little bit over friendly and dropping celebrity names left and right. I went for lunch with my daughter. They charged me 10$ to add chicken to my Alfredo which had no flavor at all. Nothing special at all and over priced. The server seemed like he didnt want to be there. Probably my first and last time there. Very mid!
