Ordered the Christmas catering special 5 trays for $170. 4 of 5 were not acceptable. Chicken Francises, and bread, dried out, eggplant and ziti-wrong. Candy instead of cookies. Very disappointed. And very slow in getting back to us.

After being put on hold for over three minutes (which should have been a sign from the start on a slow monday afternoon which doesnt sound like long, but time yourself sitting there doing nothing.), I placed an order for three items with a side of extra Vodka Sauce (KEEP IN MIND THE WHOLE ORDER WAS REPEATED TWICE BY THE GUY TAKING THE ORDER). I was here Sat night, Oct 8th with a group of 11 crazy, fun people...we had a blast! The food was absolutely wonderful and the entertainment had us singing along...the service was outstanding, thank you Mike! Can't wait to go again...�

Called tonight to place an order for delivery. When I gave my number the person covered the phone and talks to someone else they get back on the line and ask me if I can pick it up. Why would I do that if I'm calling for a delivery? When I tell the person no I can't he tells me we are no longer delivering to Beachwood. Now i did order from this place before and it took almost an hour to get my pizza but I didn't complain but this is ridiculous and now they won't get my business. Today we had my sister's bridal shower at Buon Appetito. Our waiters, Mike and Freddie, went above and beyond. They were so friendly, patient, and attentive. I could not have asked for better service. The dining room was set beautifully. The food was delicious. Everything was clean. It was really just an amazing day and went so well because of the staff here. Thank you so much! Jasmin ❤

Very bad experience here...took forever to get water. We gave our order for rice balls, calamari and a mini pie ..after 25 min the waitress came over and told us that they're out and it would take 20 min to make them...that it would be a better idea to order another item. The pizza was horrendous and the calamari were too chewy.. the waitress was too busy flirting with the cops that were there instead of doing her job... NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Today, I ordered lunch (delivery) for myself and a friend who was visiting from out of town. We both have new babies and wanted a decent lunch. This was the first time I ordered from this particular place...and it will be my last. The woman who took my order was new...which was fine. I was patient throughout our 15 minute call for a sub, cannolis and soup...however the 1hr 45 mins I waited to have my food delivered was completely unacceptable. No one called and explained or let me know my lunch would be so late...I dont care... read more
