They ended up braking something on my car while it was in their shop and ended up fully charging me for their mistake, which was double the amount of what I came in to get fixed. They lied to me over the phone about the cost to replace the part they broke. Avoid this shop. They are out to rip you off.
I was most definitely a customer. I very displeased one. After owning 5 VW's, engine replaced in 1, transmission in another inter alia. Never have I been charged for time that never took place. The woman owner was RUDE, the poor husband seemed exhausted. We caught you in a blantant lie and she didn't appreciate being questioned regaurding it. I regret taking my car to this repair shop. They overcharge for services and perform unnecessary repairs just to inflate the bill. I felt scammed and would advise others to avoid this place.
This is the mechanic to go to, I can’t rave about them enough. They were so amazing about a sudden disaster with my jettas throttle body. I called them in panic as I am supposed to drive home, out of province, in a few days and they got me help asap. HONEST prices, I have had a few german cars and always have a hard time feeling like I got honest work and charges. I will recommend them to anyone. Support this amazing and honest business. Truly the best customer service I’ve had at a car shop ever.
Unable to resolve glow plug light issue after waiting 6 weeks for part. Lost turbo a few days after pickup and awaiting sensor to arrive. Additional warning lights came on at pickup and additional issue with turbo unresolved but charged $600 for "investigation" (total bill was $1100). They determined DPF issue and wanted to price replacement. I had to point out that it was still covered by VM extended warranty as part of Dieselgate.
