Took my 2016 VW Passat in for an oil change + AC. Staff were all very friendly and understanding. Oil change was $210, AC Recharge was $420. These prices seemed high to me but they do run a lot of diagnostics and gave me a good idea of future repairs that may need to be done. Will be back!

I have been using this company for many years. Buny's N' Bugs has kept all my VW's running, reliable and going for years. I bought a new VW when my old one was no longer viable for daily driving. Greg is the BEST tech I have ever met. He is dedicated to his customers and his knowledge always surprises me. Clara goes above and beyond every day. I would not go anywhere else for my repairs. A great company!

I went to get an oil change and an inspection and I was told I only had 20% back brakes left. I was alittle surprised because my car only had 29,000 kilometres. So they sent me two estimates which were very high so I went to a shop in North Vancouver and they told me I didn’t need brakes! 50% on the back! So how can you trust this business. I was referred to you and I will now be going into Vancouver for all my auto needs.I just can’t trust you on my vehicle.

After sending my beetle in for diagnostics, I received a $1600 bill for ‘fixes’ that I was told was done. A month later, my beetle is broken down again and I cannot even get someone on the phone to discuss what’s going on. Their phone is disconnected, they don’t listen to customers, and they charge you way too much for not actually listening or being available to their customers. They also seem to think very highly of themselves for a company that hasn’t had a positive review in a year.

They ended up braking something on my car while it was in their shop and ended up fully charging me for their mistake, which was double the amount of what I came in to get fixed. They lied to me over the phone about the cost to replace the part they broke. Avoid this shop. They are out to rip you off. Update less than a year after, AC is not working again so they just do temporary fixes apparently. These guys suck.
