This is what happened to me this week. A guy named David gave me a quote to prune limbs for a big tree in my backyard on May 22, 2017. The quote price is reasonable. Two parts, 1) raise mulberry in bach on customers side and 2) and prune 3 falling limbs above and over the wire. I have this contract on my hand. Three weeks late, I receive a call from him.
