We had owner measure for a fireplace insert to convert to gas...more than a month ago, six weeks...called after two weeks to see what decision was (from owner)...NO QUOTE yet!! We bought wood!! Next year we’ll look elsewhere!!
Very bad customer service very rude.
We bought our Jotul wood stove at Bunting's a little over a year ago, We love it, It is well worth what we paid for it, and Buntings has been a very good company to do business with, We (My Wife and I) are sometime soon going to get another stove for our basement and Buntings is where we will go to get it.
