Fantastic Attorney, I have worked with her and highly recommend. Some of these negative reviews were posted by the other side in a custody case so take them with a large grain of salt. Nancy Bunting is probably the most well known female attorney in the entire Capital District and her reputation is stellar in real life. To see some internet trolls taking shots at her is almost a badge of honor IMO. There are two sides to every situation, hopefully the authentic reviews will bury Kariann's sludge.

Do not waste your time and money with her because that is what she'll do to you. Her staff is unprofessional and rude. All she cares about is money

In my opinion Nancy Bunting has 30 years of creating havoc between two people in turmoil already. She is about making money off of grief stricken people and doesnt care about the children involved. She advise custody suits when they are unfounded to just to make $. She rides off her clients unstable emotions. STAY AWAY from her. If you ever meet her in person - you will agree she is they ugly witch of the west! No joke!

Nancy Bunting is the BEST Divorce Attornery in the Saratoga, NY area !! Caring, concerned and professional. With her over 30 years experience in the field, she is one of the most respected attorney's in the business. If you are in need of an attornery, I recommend contacting and meeting with her before you hire anyone else.

terrible do not waste your time with this lawyer. she only cares about money she puts things off forever and could care less about you or your children. never returns phone calls or answers questions. all bad reviews are accurate here

Confrontational Divorce Attorney – Nancy E Bunting in my opinion is the most unethical divorce attorney you can hire. In my opinion she trashes the other party without finding facts and causes more chaos than necessary. In my experience she uses custody over children to use as a financial advantage for her client than really understanding what is in the best of interest of children. I feel she triangulates her connections within the system for the best interest of her client including law guardians.

Chaotic attorney – Bunting seems to be out to create chaos and havic in her divorce cases just to string it out and make the most money. I really wouldnt recommend her to anyone. She certainly doesnt seem to care about the families and more importantly the kids involved in such a terrible time in peoples lives.

Most Unethical Divorce Lawyer – If you want a lawyer who will suck up all your money, play your anger and emotions then go see Nancy Bunting. She told me i needed to spend money on a PI, never agree to any requests, seek full custody even when i felt joint was best for the kids. She makes you feel you have to go for the jugular to get what you "need". She wasted my money and ultimately created a horrible situation worse. In the end it only damaged our children. I wish i knew better before i hired such a person.
