Aside from the people that they allow to live there - the management is completely out of control. My first landlord stole deposits and rent from over 10 tenants. The second landlord, Bev, continued to harass multiple tenants until they moved out. They'll pick favorites and let them get away with murder. Create random fees you need to pay. And don't hold up to the lease rules, for everyone, depends on if they like you are not. Horrible experience dealing with lady at office by the name of Shannon. I was having a issue with the management team at my complex because I did not have a doctor's note for my dog when there are eight other dogs on the property and when you walk into the office you can pick the man and his dog talk about double standard. it was extremely hard to find any contact info of their supervisors.
