Horrible experience dealing with lady at office by the name of Shannon. I was having a issue with the management team at my complex because I did not have a doctor's note for my dog when there are eight other dogs on the property and when you walk into the office you can pick the man and his dog talk about double standard. it was extremely hard to find any contact info of their supervisors.
