July 26th 2024, Aaron came to our house to do an appraisal and said we would have everything in 2 to 3 days. A week went by and we tried calling and emailing Aaron with no response. After filing the first complain through BBB, he called and my husband talked to him, he said "oh she didn't get it? I sent it that Saturday around 7pm", my husband called and told me that so I checked me emails, he in fact did NOT send them so my husband called him back and Aaron said he was headed to do an appraisal and would be back around 330-... read more

Had to meet a deadline and was told by Aaron he could do the work. Months went by without a word. Finally reached him while he was on a cow hunt and said he had sent it already but would resend it once he was back. Never got the report and could never reach him again. Do not recommend.

One star is a star too many. Shortly after my father's death last spring, my sister, mother and I contacted Aaron Bunting about performing an appraisal on my father's farmland for tax purposes. He informed us it would be ready in a few weeks.
