Put new floors in the house before selling it. Did not correctly reinstall toilets as floors were higher than originally. Caused major flooding in house when the toilet wax seal failed 3 months later. When removing items from previous owner, they simply threw the trash in the alley in front of the house. Also hid the fact that the trash cans were full from contractors until after purchase of house. Cuts corners. Buyer beware.
Pumma and his team did an amazing job in supporting the sale of our home. He was attentive, supportive and provided us with access to resources to help increase the value of our home. I can't say enough about how well our sale was managed!
Unfortunately I would not be able to trust Bungsong. He promised, multiple times, he would paint match the exposed exterior of the home. Since the sale is closed, he now refuses to follow his promise. His sellers left a garage full of old paint, chemicals, and car parts. He tried very hard to pressure me into keeping it all. Based off my interactions I would not be able to trust him or his assisting staff.
