First two experiences with Hannah were ok; despite a long wait time the result was pretty good. The third time, I booked with Hannah and she wasn't even there. Another lady said she would take care of it and I mistakenly let her; the result is that my nails are bubbly, misshapen, different lengths. She cut way too much off even when I said 'a little': I think mainly due to inexperience with the drill that she took chunks out of my nails and couldn't come back from it. Loved it here! Clean and calm facilities, friendly and professional staff, and the 10-minute back massage by Anna was the best ten minute massage of my life. I would come here again!
Great experience! Super quality gel mani and standard pedi, and I found the services to be reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks! It seems like it’s best to book ahead online to secure an appointment and avoid waiting.
