I love bunnings, but it would be great if you could find staff around to help you with products
Had a machine booked to hire 2 days prior to picking it up, had the day prepared to use it, go there to pick it up and was let down, machine wasn't prepped for hire and couldn't be given to me due to expired test and tag. They tried calling another location to see if they'd have it since no one on staff could test but were on hold for so long that when I lost my patience I gave Kennards Hire a call, they answered straight away and had one ready to go.
