Did a click and collect order the night before (OnePass customer). Got there at 11am and they still hadn't got my order ready. Instead I was told to go find it myself. Absolutely useless.
All but 1 of your team on last night need customer service training or a refresher. The best service was from the lovely lady upon scanning receipt at exit at about 7.40pm. She is the reason there is a generous 2 star rating.
Great range of products, friendly staff and we love the under cover parking.
