Horrible service, while in the car I put the window down to ask the man working if I could park my car in the loading area for better access, was ignored, I then parked my car, went inside to try and find someone to help me, I asked one man who told me to go see another lady worker, and before I could even ask the lady if they had what I was looking for, I was told/demanded to “move your car” no please, sorry u can’t park here, nothing, horrible service, I left without purchasing and will not be coming back
Ordered 320 lineal m of decking and received lengths of 3.3 m - 1.2 m Decking is packed randomly from 6.0 m - 1.2 m I had to refund and could not use

Top service yesterday at the trade centre. Kira (aka Shakira), found a product on their system to solve our conundrum after we explained what we needed. The original product was no longer available, Kira went out of her way to help and found one that worked as a replacement. Super helpful, fast and efficient! Best service I've had. Keep up the good work team! Was 4.5 stars, then she opened the gate to let us out - 5 stars! Ask for Shakira if you want results
