I am a Bunnings fan and was proven with great customer service when I was the one who made a mistake. I called the lovely wee store in Subi and they were all over it. Not only did they get onto resolving my lil dilemma, the attention from a few people with contacting another store and chasing me up over a day was amazing. Felt spesh ! Today I got a call asking if I got my refund back (2 days done and dusted) which is quite the opposite from other retail stores.
