1 Star Very poor customer service at Bunnings Mornington. I booked a carpet cleaning machine the day before for pickup between 8:30–9:00am the next morning for a 24-hour hire. When I arrived, a staff member brought the machine out but then said the system wouldn’t allow the hire because another customer had it booked for 1:00pm that day. After waiting around for 30 minutes while three staff members tried to fix it, I was told the machine wasn’t available — even though it was sitting right in front of me ready to go.
