Always no one answers phones ! I don’t understand why so low quality service !! I had a refund processed and no money comes to my original account . I waited patiently for 5 days and still no money show up. So I ring up, but no one answers the frxxxk phone for over 16 minutes twice !!!
I orded some stuff from this store saying they had no stock was told that rosebud would have and they would get for me for Monday rang told they could not send staff member said they would get then phone call back saying rosebud had no stock went to Hastings they said that rosebud had 19 packets in isle 9 don't like being lied to by bunnings mornington, you should be ashamed i will not order thru your store again ,I needed the stock very annoyed at mornington, I hope the manager reads this and contact me
Be aware-Bunnings ‘third party’ on Marketplace. Bought an extender RX -why couldn't find it anywhere -so I thought it mentioned Bunnings and thought I was safe to purchase - it didn't work out-so a refund was given by the third party 🙏 -however-you wont get the delivery fees back! A valuable lesson learned and now shared! Need to somehow source from elsewhere!
