Rang to check product availability and I was told by Liam that he had restocked the shelf that day. Drove from Ballina to purchase, only 1 item on the shelf. I required 14. Spoke to one staff member who said there should be 21 but remembered that 20 seemed to be missing. He had to rush off for a "meeting" (staff retirement we found after) and arranged for Liam to complete the customer service problem. We waited for a no show from Liam.
