After attending Joondalup store for an item it appeared it was out of stock. I telephoned later to find out when it would be in stock. Lorraine who answered went out of her way to ring me back to say it was just being put on the shelves and she organised for the item to be put in reception for me to collect. Thank you Lorraine, good customer service.

Employee Steven / Stephen completely unprofessional and extremely verbally abusive. I bought a shower mixer tap which was size 40mm cartridge. Upon arriving home I noticed it’s the wrong size and I needed a 35mm cartridge. Went back to Bunnings an hour after buying the shower mixer tap and spoke to a nice lady which I explained I have the wrong size can I get change for a 35mm. She said no problem just go grab one.
