Oh my god this Bunnings is the worst I’ve been to we are usually from the North. 22/08/26 worst service all around this place is like a circus they are all going slow as day and no urgency for their customers way to busy and unorganised.
I usually go to the Altona North store but chose to go to Hoppers Crossing on one occasion due to convenience, and I'm glad I did. It was so much better; more organised and the customer service exceeded my expectation. A huge shout out to David in the paint section who was more than willing to help and didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance. In fact each person I asked for directions or advice was really accommodating. Hoppers trumps Altona hands down. Thanks
