I purchased the Fido & Fetch Happy Hens today from Hoppers Crossing Bunnings and there were parts missing. There was no hatch lid, no perch poles, no screws and no instructions. I don't know if it was a miss packed previous return as it also had some of the paint scratched off. I was told by customer servies I would have to return the whole thing to get a new one, which is quite a task to pack it all up again, fit its huge packaging into my small car and drive 30 minutes to the nearest bunnings just to swap it over and do it... read more
