Very disappointing experience at Bunnings Hoppers Crossing. I returned an unused sliding door lock with my valid receipt after first picking up some screws. Instead of processing the return, the staff member at the information counter (I believe his name was Michael) questioned where I had come from and insisted on checking the security cameras. I recently visited the store to purchase a tool kit, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Todd, who was very professional and went above and beyond to help me. He provided me with the best deal and made the whole purchasing process easy and enjoyable. Bunnings young work force are very lazy
Hard to get assistance while finding things at an aisle,, you are on your own, some team member if pass by help, some team member point their hand and say look in that area. need real help or need some AI robots for help which will do much better and full of info.
Visited the Hoppers Crossing store and I want to give Claire a rap for her exeptional level of customer service. I found her very personable and helpful. If all staff members adipted the same professionalism as Claire bunnings and all orher retail stores would be much better organisations! Thank you Claire!!!
