Well if you want quality feedback..start giving some decent customer service! I ordered a product that was out of stock..I received a voice message that my item was in to pick up.. Now I live about 2 hours away..so I drive to Bunnings & go to the special orders desk and the girl looks on the computer and tells me that I need to pay for the item...! But the item is not in the store and she told me that the Orange store has them and to drive to Orange...she didn't apologise or offer to have it shipped to me...I was not going t... read more
Went into dubbo store to purchase a gazebo and cupboard both on display both out of stock the assistant said wont have any for a while no other assistance offered went home researched found them in Orange the staff there were brilliant and very helpful a shame that this standard is not the same in dubbo
