What an absolutely frustrating experience at Bunnings Carrum Downs today 10/9. We understand the store is currently undergoing renovations, and we appreciate that this can cause some disruption. However, what we experienced was simply unacceptable. We needed assistance and approached a staff member to ask for help. Great place for the deals and the mum & dads to get some bargains on tools to plants and trades for their needs helpful staff aswell.
Worst customer service ever, most people were incredibly rude with my wife for no reason! And the employees just wanted to chat between them and don't do any work.
Great garden centre.
