Among all the Bunnings Warehouse stores I’ve visited, this location had the best staff service. The store layout was very well organized, and what impressed me most was how efficiently they handled long queues—staff were pre-scanning customers’ items to minimize waiting time. I’ve never experienced a Bunnings store this well managed before.
Rude woman on the phone would check a product code because she was serving no transfer to someone else nothing just call back tomorrow
Bad customer service. Asking for help is like trying find a needle in a hay stack as staff are in there own world and expect you to find your own items.
