Nowhere near as good as it used to be, particularly in the tool shop. So many missing items on a regular basis. I usually go to another store these days to avoid frustration and disappointment. Also, it's not unusual to find waste packaging materials on the floor, which l find unsightly and unsafe.
Would have to be the best Bunnings I've attended, provided you're requesting assistance from the right person, as members all have speciality fields, and they know them well. Never had any issues with returns, even if it's the 3rd time lucky with grabbing broken fluorescent globes and twice getting home before noticing! Still the best clearance prices hands down!
