Unpleasant experiences do occur everywhere as others have mentioned and i have even once had one at this caroline springs store. It is however important to note that one rude person is NOT a reflection of the whole store. Staff are human. I use this bunnings many times and besides this one rude staff member, every other interaction i have had with staff over the last several years has been pleasant, professional, helpful, kind and even at times gave me a good chuckle.
