Got a large order for insulation batts online for a DIY project. I was quite concerned with how such a large order would be delivered. Greg from special orders was absolutely fantastic from beginning to the end. Even with an order change in the middle, everything went very smoothly and I was able to get the order in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you very much Greg, see you in store!
Horrible customer service Barely any staff and the staff you ask for help respond that they don’t have time to attend you as they are busy and mins later while looking for another staff member they are seen chatting away with the lady at counter no help and support Had to walk out disappointed
