I visited Bunnings today and had a very disappointing experience with a cashier at the counter(let’s not name her). She showed absolutely no customer service quality, seemed completely uninterested in helping, and dismissively told us that online items can only be bought online rather than checking for us. Her unwelcoming attitude and facial expressions made us feel like we should just leave the store, which is not the level of service I expect from Bunnings.
Rude staff over phone. Not helpful
I would like say a huge Thabkyou to Brodie at the Cannigton store. Very helpful veey patience went out of his way to help us find our product. Thankyou so much !! Canni gton is lucky to have a such a helpful staff like yourself.
