It was a bad experience today at Bunnings Campbelltown. I want to purchase water pump and was asked to go in aisle 61 and some one will come to assist with the product. Waited for half an hour and contact again at counter. Given assurance for assistance. Waited again for 15 minutes. No one turned up to provide assistance. Extremely poor customer service.
I got my house keys cut here and had drive back 5 times from Macquarie Fields to Campbelltown Bunnings to keep getting them to fix it up and they said to me if it doesn't fit just jiggle it till it works ended up getting going to Minto miter 10 and they got to right first go and when you ask them where something is they send you way down the other end of the shop and what you want is know where near where they said. Bunnings Campbelltown you's are PATHETIC
Poor customer service in a couple of occasions. Walked in with a product that I’ve had the run around for the next couple days. Then to come and been threatened with the police absolutely DISGUSTING. To turn around after being frustrated however not making any threats or yelling at all to say they couldn’t help. But when police called they decided to offer the refund. What a joke. Stay away from here if you don’t want drama.
