Great staff always cheerful & a wide range of products
Staff seems to be nice until you need to return something, where they try anything not to take it back. There should be a location wide training on how to deal with returns. Especially, when staff get rude and try to go against bunnings own return policy.
I recently placed an order over the phone, which was quite complicated due to the different item numbers required for different states, as each state has different IN numbers. I had the pleasure of speaking with Isra, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She sorted everything out efficiently and made what could have been a difficult experience feel easy and stress-free.
